Triumph Motorcycle CR Special Racing Carburetor

The British Customs Kehin CR Special Racing Carburetor package for the Triumph America, Speedmaster Bonneville, Bonneville T100, Scrambler 900, and Thruxton 900 is now available. The British Customs CR Special Racing Carburetor Kit is not to be confused with the bolt-on CR Racing Carburetor kits sold on competitors websites. British Customs CR Special Racing Carburetor packages include custom spigots, a set of British Customs Billet Intake Manifolds and are pre-jetted for bikes equipped with the British Customs Air Box Removal Kit and British Customs Predator Exhaust (other jetting available upon request). The British Customs Kehin CR Special Carburetor Kit allows for the stock side covers to be mounted without modification to the side covers. Over time the stock manifold rubbers are prone to leaking and deteriorate rapidly. In testing the CR Special carburetors completely separate from the stock manifold causing total loss of power during operation of the bike.

Until now we did not feel comfortable selling the Kehin CR carburetors to customers who had removed their factory air box due to a lack of proper support. Our custom spigots have allowed us to utilize our Billet intake manifolds to properly support the CR Special Racing carburetors. Kehin CR Special Carburetors benefit over the factory Triumph CVK carburetors because the slides are controlled though a Direct Throttle linkage rather than the vacuum operated CVK carburetors and feature five way adjustable needles. You can expect to get approximately 10% increase in horsepower and precise throttle response, no lag. British Customs Air Box Removal Kit is required for installation. If you have chosen to utilize the Kehin CR carburetors with a factory air box and a Norman Hyde Belmouth intake system, select the factory air box option (does not include manifolds or custom spigots).

Note: Manifolds will not fit on Triumph America or Speedmaster. Those with Triumph America or Speedmaster select without manifolds.

Airbox must be removed for installation of this product.
