British Customs Update!

To all British Customs Customers,

British Customs over the last year has received a great deal of recognition in the press for our design and development work on Triumph Motorcycles.   With all this recognition and our loyal customer base, we have grown rapidly.   With the growth, come growing pains, which unfortunately our loyal customers have felt the effects of.  We would like to extend our apologies and let you know we are in the process of upgrading to a state of the art Order Management System that will display stock levels and back order notifications in real time on our website.  Also, we have recently added staff and are setting up new procedures to make sure we continue to offer the best parts we can with the best customer service possible.

While we are in the process of upgrading our system and facilities, we would like to assure you that we are taking the necessary steps to handle the new demand to continue to improve as a company.   Please understand these changes will not happen overnight and we appreciate your patience.

To back-up our systems, we have added staff to assure more personalized service and customer feedback.  Leading this function, Matt Caldwell joins us with six years of Triumph experience.  He heads up our Customer Care and Product Specialist Department.  Also new to the British Custom’s team is Joe Erickson who will be working with suppliers to assure stock levels are maintained, to meet our increasing demand.  You should receive an email within 24 business hours of placing your order.  Please check your spam filter if you have not received an email within 24 business hours of placing your order. Or you can check your status on-line via our order status system.   Sean remains our National Sales Director and he, along with other members of the British Customs Team may be reached for questions at (877) 999-BRIT or Chat Live with one of our product specialist.
