BC504-003-(P/B) | Installation Instructions for Triumph Street Twin Headlight Ears

Cleaning up your bike's front end by bringing everything in closer is a small change that makes a powerful statement. The installation itself isn't too hard, but getting to the stock headlight ears themselves can get a little tricky. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to check out our growing list of how to guides on our site's Resource Center. Once you've got your new headlight ears on though, you'll see the improvement immediately.


  • Triumph Street Twin

Tools required:

  • T25 wrench
  • T40 wrench
  • 4mm Allen wrench

Total time the job takes:

  • 1 hour


  • Intermediate

Step 1:

First, you must remove your handlebar, handlebar risers, triple clamp, and speedometer. If you’re unsure how to remove any of those parts, refer to the guides on our site’s Resource Center.


Step 2:

Use a T25 to remove screws on bottom of lower triple clamp securing headlight bracket to forks.

Step 3:

Pull headlight bracket off of forks.

Step 4:

Loosen screws in BC Headlight Ears with 4mm Allen wrench.

Step 5:

Slide BC Headlight Ears over fork tubes to desired position.

Step 6:

Reinstall headlight using T40 wrench and stock bolts.

Installation Complete!

Your headlight ears have been successfully installed!
