Installing a british customs Front Sprocket Cover

Step 1:Remove the OEM front sprocket cover by removing the mounting screws with a 8mm socket ratchet & extension.
- Clean off debris and dirt around the front sprocket and case for a clean appearance. This step will also allow access for needed maintenance of the front sprocket or installation of a new front sprocket such as our British Customs Front Sprocket.
Step 3:Note: Apply medium strength thread locker or blue Loctite to screws prior to installing.
Line up the British Customs Front Sprocket Cover to the mounting holes for installation. Using the supplied M6 screws & washers, Hand start each screw into the mounting holes and tighten down with a 4mm allen to 9 Nm.
- Please note: Do not over-tighten the mounting screws as this can cause damage to the product finish, screw threads, and button head.
