Q: Can these shocks be set up 1 inch shorter than stock on the Bonneville A1?

A: No, the Ohlins shocks can be setup for body weight/riding style but not much lower than how they come. We recommend going with the Progressive 412 shocks which are 1 inch lower.

Q: Do the Ohlins rear shocks change seat height?

A: You won’t get much height change on the Ohlins, but they provide a great ride with better dampening.
