Loyalty Points Program

What are they?

Loyalty points are our way of saying “Thanks!” to repeat online customers. Points are like credits; or we like to call it FREE BC CASH, to your account which can be used on future online purchases. No membership or registration is required to start earning points and getting a little back for your loyalty to us, and we offer many ways to do this. (some restrictions may apply, please be sure to read our terms and conditions)

How to earn them:

Purchasing Eligible Products: Earning rate is 1 point per $ spent online and are redeemed at a rate of 25 points = $1. Select items online that are on sale, clearance, and/or special order items may not earn points or qualify purchases because for they may already be discounted or reduced.

Purchasing Promotional Products: Every now and then we’ll promote a product that will give you extra points on top of the amount spent.

Refer a friend: The more friends you refer who come back to us and shop online, the more points you will receive. You will earn points and your friends will earn points. Your friend must register with us online using the same email that you used to refer them. You’ll earn 1 point per dollar spent for each referral. They are automatically applied to your account after your friends’ first purchase. (Click her for program details)

Submit a Review (coming soon):

Did you like our products and service? We'd love to hear about it! After you've purchased and received an item, log in, go to the product and do your thing! No need to drop us a note. Once the review is posted, we issue 50 points to your account. We reserve the right to delete spam, vulgarity, hyperlinks or unrelated comments in the review.”

Submit a Testimonial:

Tell us and everyone else what you think about British Customs! Once your testimonial is posted, we’ll issue 50 points to your account per qualified submission. (We reserve the right to delete spam, vulgarity, hyperlinks or unrelated comments in a testimonial.)

Birthday Points: Let us know when your birthday is and you’ll score 75 points every year just for being born! (Submit your Birthday Here)

How it works:

Do I have to create and account to collect points?

Yes. In order for us to track how many points you earn and spend, we need for you to have an account.
You also need to log into your account to be able to spend your points. They may only be redeemed with online orders.

Checking your points:

Log in to your account.
You should see in the welcome message how much you have
Alternately, you can click on modify profile and you will see the total points you have left at the top

How do I use them?

Log into your account
Add items to your cart
Upon checkout, select “Pay with Points” payment method
Enter the amount of points you want to apply to this order
Click “Submit Order”
If you don’t have enough points to pay for the entire order, the cart will prompt you for another payment method.
Please note: Reward Points are not applied towards sales tax or shipping costs.

Can I lose them?

Yes! Points are valid for 6 months from the date you acquire them. Keep an eye on your points and don’t let them fade away.

Any returns which earned points will be deducted from your account. You will not be able to keep points you earned with your purchase if merchandise is returned.
