Do the brackets have an 8mm hole? Will i be able to fit my existing rizoma action turn signals to these brackets?
Great question ! This relocation bracket has only been tested with our turn-signals with 10MM diameter threads yet an 8MM may be possible with the appropriate washers.

You don't show where these brackets mount
It relocates the turn signals right above your lower tree and below your headlight ears. A pic can be found here on our Street Twin build :
