Have your headers become discolored? As a Triumph owner, you know and come to expect that after a short period of time, your header pipes will turn blue. With the British Customs Ceramic Coated Headers Service, a durable protective matte black finish is applied to your headers, covering up any discoloration. The coating prevents new discoloration and  rust, and lasts 14 times longer than chrome. The coating additionally reduces surface temperature by up to 25 percent.

Note: A new pair of header crush gaskets are required for installation of newly coated head pipes. Your headers must be sent in for coating. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways. A: Yes we take the stock header and ceramic coat them black to eliminate bluing and help the bike to run cooler.
