Back-Order Policy

At British Customs, we understand that your bike is your passion. We work very hard to carry the largest stock of Triumph aftermarket and OEM parts in the industry. From time to time, suppliers are just unable to keep up with the demand. Rather than holding up your entire order, British Customs handles back-orders in the following way:

You will be notified by e-mail if any part on your order is back-ordered. For your convenience you will have two business days to contact us to modify or cancel your order. No further action is necessary if you would like us to cancel only the back-ordered item(s) and ship the item(s) that are available. Please note if you do not contact us within two business days to modify or cancel your order, the back-ordered item will be canceled off of your order, and the rest of the order will be processed and shipped. If you would like to be notified when the back-ordered item(s) becomes available please fill out our  Back In Stock Notification Form.

Be sure to add "@british-customs.com" to your approved senders list so you don't miss any of our communications.

**Policy Exclusion**

All products manufactured by British Customs are excluded from the Back-Order Policy and will be processed as follows:

Domestic Orders: All products on your order that are in-stock will be shipped. Any BC product(s) that is on back-order will remain on order and be shipped free of charge when the item(s) becomes available. You will not be charged for the back-ordered item(s) until ready to ship. If the entire order is on back-order, you will have the option to cancel the order or to wait until the parts are available.

Please note: We do not keep credit card numbers on file, so please be advised that when your back-ordered item(s) becomes available you will be contacted in order to provide updated credit card information prior to shipping.

International Orders: Due to high customs fees, British Customs will hold all international orders containing back-ordered BC product(s) until the order is complete and ready to be shipped, unless otherwise notified by the customer.
